Organization Chart & Training
 Training:Training being an important tool to make guards and security personnel to do their job correctly and effectively. This improves quality of service and standard of security services reaches an appreciable level. The training being imparted are as under:- LEVEL OF TRAINING- Basic - 05 days
- Refresher - 03 days
- Unit Training - on job training
We have set the following Code of Conduct:- - Obedience to orders
- Not to neglect duty
- Not to make false statements
- Not to indulge in Corrupt Practices
- Unruly behavior and excessive authority
- Discreditable conduct
- Good turn out.
- Not to sleep while on duty.
- Not to come drunk on duty
Monitor the Operation- Daily visit by Field Staff
- Surprise checks by SO / Staff
- My checks to discuss any changes in the Operation procedure or any other concern
- Monthly meeting when minutes will be recorded and sent
- Training schedule once a fortnight
- Under the prevailing situation strict visitor control. As far as possible visitors will be escorted
